Who cares about Mother Teresa? Diana’s a big deal.

Who cares if mother Teresa died? All she did was assist the poor, feed the starving, and comfort the sick. So what if she spent her entire life with lepers, bums and poverty stricken children? She wasn’t stylish, she never made much money, she didn’t ride in fancy fast cars, and she probably died a virgin.

Princess Diana, now that’s a big deal! She was born wealthy, married a very ugly and boring rich guy, and then got a divorce. She took in 17 million a year from taxpayers without working and found the greatness in her heart to give some of that money to charity. She actually went to visit hospitals and even shook the hand of an AIDS patient! She also waved at crowds and had to suffer from frequently getting her picture in the papers. We can all find grace in the great sacrifices Royal family members endure.

Now that Diana is no longer with us, the drama of the English Royal family will change significantly. This is a tremendous loss that will be hard to replace. But who will replace Mother Teresa? Ahhh . . . who cares?
