How to meet your perfect mate - An example of how to control your brain
- Make a list of all the things youd like in a mate.
- Make a list of all the things you dont want in a mate.
- Write out the opposites of all things you wrote you dont want in a mate.
- Take both positive lists and turn them into about 10 positive detailed statements.
For example.
- My lover is a good looking person . . . . (go into detail).
- My lover is caring because he/she . . . . . .(go into detail)
- I have great sex every day/week because we . . . .
- Everyday at the end of the day, go through the list looking for actual examples of
things that happened that prove your positive statements are true. At the beginning this
is very difficult because you really dont believe those statements to be true. (If
you already think they are true then you are doing it wrong because you should be striving
for something you dont already believe.)
By reading and visualizing these statements daily, you will train you mind to look for
examples proving the list correct. After a couple months, it will become easier to find
examples and you will start seeing examples during the day before you even review the
list. Within 4-8 months, examples proving the statements correct will start pouring in
subconsciously and will become your reality.
By using this method you will not feel as if you have really changed. You will feel
like the reality in the list was always true, it was just that you werent letting
yourself realize it. You can even do this for virtually any aspect of your life. This
method is extremely powerful and with it, your visions will become reality!
