Can I sue for a million too?!

When I was in High School I was regularly punched as I walked down the hall. Even a girl used pick on me. When I went to my gym teacher to ask him for advise about the beatings I was getting, he suggested I fight. Since I would have gotten my ass kicked, I refrained from taking his advice. Does this mean that I can sue the school system for the emotional scars I received while going to school?

Life is tough, suck it up. When something bad happens we can not expect to be compensated in money for affected emotions or even injuries. And we can not put total blame on someone else for our mishaps. Spilling coffee on the lap, getting kissed in 3rd grade, slipping on a wet floor, or being fired are problems we should take full responsibility for ourselves.

Courts, juries, and judges should wake up and start throwing these stupid cases out of court rather than award wining lazy bums millions of dollars for being good complainers.
