Does anybody think Clinton isn’t guilty?

Clinton’s business partners, friends, and appointed successor to governor were all convicted and put in jail for numerous years for illegal deals involving Clinton. How could Clinton not be involved? The only reason that Clinton has not yet been convicted is because we still find it hard to believe that the US regularly elects criminals to office.

After the court convicted Clinton’s buddies, he praised his convicted friends as great people. If Clinton were innocent, he would have been shocked and appalled at his friend’s behavior.

This is similar to Ronald Reagan in the Iran Contra affair. On one hand he laid all the blame on Oliver North for going behind his back to commit crimes, yet Reagan came out and said Oliver North is a Great American Hero. If an employee of yours committed crimes behind your back which put your own credibility in question, wouldn’t you condemn rather than praise that individual?

Reagan praised North because North valiantly stood up as the fall guy. Clinton has already praised his criminal buddies, but they have not yet shown they are as good at lying as North was for Reagan.
