Lose Weight Fatso

If you are fat, then you either eat too much, work out to little, or some combination of the two. No matter how easily you gain weight, if you regularly eat very little food and work out often, you will be fit.

Diets are a waste of time and an admission that you don’t really want to be in shape. A diet by definition is a temporary change in eating habits. As a result, you may lose weight temporarily, but once you return to your old habits, the weight returns. The people who lose weight and keep it off, don’t go on diets. They permanently change their eating and exercise habits.

The steps you need to take to be in shape are not difficult to understand: Don’t eat too much, work out a couple times a week, and ask someone who will tell you the truth how you look once in a while.

If you don’t care how you look, fine. I don’t care what you do, but when you are tired, sick, and can’t have good sex because you are out of shape, don’t come crying to me. No one is saying it is easy to get in shape, but anyone can do it if they really want to.
