Businessmen should have boycotted Clinton’s Corporate Responsibility Roundtable
Corporate responsibility is to make money. Employees are tools to make money, and if firing them is good for the bottom line, then do it for the good of the company. There are many good employees, but many just do the same thing day after day without any creativity. Often when you fire someone, the replacement person brings something new to the organization and inspires positive change.
Who cares what Clinton and Reich think anyhow? Neither of them have ever run a business, turned a profit, or created a job in their life. Now they run a debt ridden organization that about 70% of the people in the US say is on the wrong track. More than anyone, the arrogant US government needs lessons on how to develop a profitable, growing, positive, inspirational organization. Rather than preaching to corporations, government leaders should start preaching to themselves.
