- The following rules are mandatory and will be enforced starting Jan 2005

• You deposit checks in a bank account under your business name

• You furnish us with a tax ID number

• We sign a contract defining our relationship

• You file taxes as an independent business
  Our payments are a portion of your business's revenue. You subtract your business expenses from total revenue and pay taxes on the remaining profits

• You are free to seek other sources of revenue
